As a result, I thought back on my experiences and asked, “What would aid someone in situations where a cry to help the victim was needed? The answer? Educate children and their guardians.
Thus, Tell Someone was created with the goal of teaching children awareness and what to do if the unspeakable happens and to encourage guardians to listen to their child and to be observant. Only a small percentage of abusers are strangers.

Initially I penned The Tellin’ Takes Courage, The Good Lord Raised Me to share spiritual experiences where I know God lead my path. I have faith that God is always in control. We, as believers, need to maintain our faith in Him.
Tell Someone was created due to the response I received from those who read my autobiography, “Your book gave me the courage to speak of abuse I endured as a child, something never shared until now.”
